We're glad to announce that today Conterra achieved a Microsoft Gold Cloud Platform Competency, demonstrating its best-in-class capability within Microsoft Azure Platform and the ability to meet Microsoft Corp. customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment.
To earn a Microsoft gold competency, partners must successfully complete exams (resulting in Microsoft Certified Professionals) to prove their level of technology expertise, and then designate these certified professionals uniquely to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. They also must submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects (along with implementing a yearly customer satisfaction study), meet a revenue commitment (for most gold competencies), and pass technology and/or sales assessments.
As Conterra’s CEO Mykola Bobukh said: “We see that cloud technologies become a huge business enabler for our customers. We invest to our Azure expertise and work with our customer’s teams to provide hybrid cloud solutions for their enterprises making them able to win against the competition”
“By achieving a gold competency, organizations have proven their expertise in specific technology areas, placing them among the top 1 percent of Microsoft partners worldwide,” said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. “When customers look for an IT partner to meet their business challenges, choosing a company that has attained Microsoft competencies is a smart move.
